Did you install any atomic clock sync software?

Goto Control Panel
Goto Date and time
Goto Internet time
Check Automatic synchronize with Internet time server if your computer has an internet connection, if it wasn't checked before check it then leave it for a few days to see if the time on your computer is still inaacurate. If it is synchronize once then uncheck it and see if the time on your computer is still inaacurate after a few days.

hope that not your bro or sister play a joke with you.

but make sure that your have your regional setting (Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur) correct, if you set your location at Thai and you sync with the time server, of course you will get thai time and obviously you are 1/2 hr faster than malaysia time.
