i went to the workshop yesterday to test edddial's car. mmg teruk la... the sound is really obvious. like diesel car siol and it is no tappet sound la... surely the halfcut is not good la.

i think the halfcut is bad la... some kind of compensation should be arranged la.

i think the halfcut is bad la... some kind of compensation should be arranged la.

normally workshop can return if the halfcut were bad or damage......but for this particular case.....mr eddial did call the shop......but the owner refuse to assist....... i did advise eddial to complaint to tribunal pengguna.......

euro r engine la sato... edddial bought the whole cut... front n rear inside out. but the engine is problematic. it sounds like a diesel engine. the valvetrain has been verified OK as well as the bottom end. honda SC in shah alam told edddial the problem should be somewhere in the block. most probably at least one of the conrod and piston pin is in bad condition. the sound is not audible when testing the halfcut since there were no exhaust connected -> sound is too loud to hear anything abnormal...

halfcut was sold by a chopshop in USJ by a guy called alvin... john is his partner if not mistaken

oh my.. that is not good at all... keep the receipt as evidence.. make sure you do not lose it.. that is your only proof of purchase.. i just came back from the tribunal a few days ago.. conrod problem means a lot of things have to be refurbished, resleeving the block which means new pistons, rings and new gaskets.. remember my 6 thousand ringgit overhaul..

I have no idea about the procedure, but it's pity that the engine doesn't work as expected ~
