i heard that if u buy cars which havent fully settle the tax and ap then when the car is under ur ownership and jpj happen to find out that the tax for ur car havent fully settle it they will tow ur car away and request the tax to be fully settled then only can get the car back(when u buy car cheaper than market price around RM20-30k then becareful)
