Hello all...
Bought a used MicroTech MT8 that had been upgraded to LT8 with 3 Bar MAP sensor in it. Got the wiring loom for my car as the previous owner was using the same engine as i am which is the Mazda BPD (GT-R Version).
The previous owner was using 8 injectors...4 act as an extra injector...and 4 as usual... My installer had to re-wire the injectors according to the diagram I downloaded from the main website. However, upon completion of wiring, the car did starts but only 2 injectors were firing (injector 1 and 3). The wiring loom was tested and everything came good. No issues with wiring loom problem.
Has anyone experience the same problem? Is there a chance that the previous owner set the injectors drivers to Staged setting? Is it hardware faulty or setting error? Is there a way to reset to default factory setting?
