Wanna know how long can a MF battery last? and pls recommend me a good MF battery. If MF battery cannot last for long, then I'm going for the refill type. Please recommend both MF and refill battery. Thanks.

Not sure what is best,

I have been using Delkor in my car since Nov last year. the car is only started for 15 minutes every Sunday. Very rarely driven coz nobody bothers driving it.

My elder brother is using AC Delco since January, daily driver, so far so good.

There is a brand called Optima that I want to try, but i think too expensive and I dont know where to buy them.

hey aircooled,

i too am looking for the OPTIMA battery...... they call them OPTIMA 'YELLOW TOPS' rite?? i see 'em powering all these heavy-duty hardcore ICE setups rite?? sheeit man if u manage 2find out where they're being sold do PM me ok?? thanks buddy! cheers dude.

Give this place a call, they do carry Optima but I'm not sure whether they stock Optima for cars.

I have try using Delkor MF and surprisingly it last me 4 years  .. Juz change to a Yokohama MF hope it will last the same duration as Delkor. Anyone here tried Optima?

May I know how much for these battery? AC Delco, Yokohama, Optima? Cheers..

4 years is very good. I paid ONLY Rm130 for my Delkor and Rm155 for the AC Delco.

I recently helped my friend to buy a Yokohama for his Waja for just RM160.

In my opinion they are cheap and worth every cent.

Regarding the OPTIMA, not sure in KL, but i heard it is cheaper to buy in Singapore. Just drive your car there fora holiday, change the battery....never done it before though.

i just bought DYNA POWER calsium MF battery 2 day ago, it stated that it were made by philiphine battery co. any one have used it?

mf batteries usually have the same lifespan as the nonmf batteries...just gves you the convenience of not needing to top up your battery water...me using supercharge gold...kinda pricy initially, but hey, you get what you pay for...its in there for about 6 months now...i just leave it alone... ^_^
cheers

hi.. noobie ere.. me myself been using MF battery.. bought from batery shop on da ipoh lumut hiway road... cos batery kaput on da road..
so far its been 6 moths and evrything okay... always forget to refill the water in my lil white satria hehe.. so now no more probs
price RM150 + 1 year waranty.. guess the lifespan predicted by the manufactuer is 1 year ++ or so...

i got voltmeter in my car autometer brand.. it shows 14V.. this show the alternator voltage output or the batery voltage.. cos rated 12V for car battery..
wondering is my meter got error or normal
