guy's,

yeah i know this isnt about turbo but since im runing on turbo, so i think it maybe revelant.

my current engine is running on 10.x:1 compression and im thinking to lowered down to 9.4:1 compresion. But thn again i do worried my low end street drivability will suffer.

will i suffer laggy if i drop my compression down to 9.x:1?

You really need to drop the Compression ratio to way below 8:1 for the car to feel laggy. Drive a standard Satria GTi 1.8 (CR > 10:1) and then drive a Satria 1.8 4G93T (CR 8.5:1) before boost kicks in, you cannot feel the difference. In fact, due to the turbo manifold being a very short 4-1 runner. Low end torque feels even better.

i am also running turbo setup with 8.9 c/r. off boost still drivable, for your case, u still got a hefty 9.4 c/r..no worries mate.
