So...previously petrol station free water....now they gonna charge water usage also la ?????

hybrid use electric n petrol is more famous..but never heard bout water?? this technology reliable or not ah?? how come other place dun have much of this car ah or not famous ah since water is very good n cheap in our country..if got sure it get popular very fast..
