Just purchase an Aura

Hi all bro,

I just bought a charade aura G100.

Another question, do aura G100 can fit in G200 1.3 cc engine?

Would like to know, is that able to fit any starlet engine? E82? E91? or K3 engine?

Any one of the engine is fit with aura? or any modification need to be done?

Hope can get some opinion from all of you....

Bro, why not fix the ori engine?

Why take a another engine that might not be compatible with the Aura? Once a car changed an engine (provided the said engine is compatible with your charade), it need to be inspected and time & money will be involved. There is probably need to fabricate parts if Daihatsu and Toyota part not compatible. That is why ppl go for PnP.


I hope I dont sound like busy body, but normally the best way to solve a problem is using the easiest and direct way.
Unless you wish to be unique and try "kacuk". Your car, your choice.

Because the ori engine i waste more than 2k for repair, even now also cannot solve all the problem, so want me to put more money for repair?

why don't i change another batter engine?

if that is the case, you shouldnt have bought the problematic car (besides, Aura is "dingin" in the market) in the first place.
A corolla or a Proton is a safe bet.

Anyway, Sorry to hear about your situation. Must be frustrating.

for PNP process u can get a :-
1. HD-E 1.6L SOHC 125hp detomaso engine
2. HC-E 1.3L SOHC 99hp kissa gtti engine
3. CB-70 1.0L DOHC 110hp turbo gtxx engine

non PNP but can pass JPJ inspection :-
1. 2E-FTE 1.0L turbo starlet old model
2. 4E-FTE 1.3L DOHC turbo starlet ep82 or ep91

K3vet not sure can use or not. seek profesional mechanic for that.. goodluck..

i only have around 12 charades at a time, with various engine types in them, from the HCE to HDE, and then there is the 4efte, but iam no expert in the subject matter. please pm me directly for more info, thanx peter for the introduction

thanks for your sharing, but i do ask many pomen, but they also say need to modify mouting for YRV. thats why i no dare to put in YRV, due to JPJ is not approve for modify mounting.
