Iswara quickshift

Sky...have you seen one and experienced it? I havent had the chance...must be really nice...:driver:
nope... havent got a change to experience it before...

really?maybe u can show us the video or sumthing..sound nice..hihi..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6ce...g-k20a-300hp-279.html&feature=player_embedded

watch until end... somewhere towards ending got video of its dyno run...

is the dogbox same with straight cut gearbox?:hmmmm:
not same... dog engagement gearbox doesnt require u to use the clutch to shift gears... gears interlock with each other at an instant... straight cut gearbox can be either dogbox or normal clutched gearbox....

but almost all dogbox has straight cut gears...

is that true what i heard, my friend said, powerzone short shift very good n smooth to engage gearing???

But is it really true its more fun with it? Or cumbersome...

Does the brand make a difference in terms of the smoothness?

Comments and thoughts guys cause I may well get one this weekend.

installing a quick/short shifter in an Iswara is not at all difficult and often it can be DIYed.
when you are driving with quick shifter it does feel sportier and a pleasure to drive around shifting gears. provided you purchased a decent quick shifter and installation is done right. Price is MYR120.00 per unit if you want it.. not expensive at all right? i've done on many Iswara/Saga and so far all are quite satisfied with the result.

Haha...smart alec!!!

Sudah hari hari mau la. Thanks...gotta find a plug n play one for my Neo...

Nice...So Sky the gear cover can fit back nicely yes?...Thanks for the pics man.

i like my short shifter. its hard and short, thats what i really want to feel when changing gear.
when it's firm, u feel good. of course the extra energy u need because of the short lever. but i'm thinking of modding it to extend the gear lever a bit higher.

sky: what is dogbox? sequential gear? where to find?

Diwant...seems like you were describing something else....lmao..

yeap can fit back everything nicely... i'm still using the original gear cover boot and original gear knob.... no problem... looks fairly stock standard...
