Is paying RM999 for a 10% increase in HP worth it?

hospital n20 and car use n20 is slightly different by 1-2% in the gas purity and gas cylinder type. i have friend working as engineer in gas plant that was what he told me. he said we can use hospital n2o. no problem.
i believe hospital N2O has higher purity so it is better. of cozs we cant let hospital use our car n2O later the patience die faster. haha........
unless the ambulance itself also got use N2O.
if ambulanxe is equipped with N2O i believe everyone will be happy wif their service. haha.
