How to stick boost gauge on dashboard? i'm using double sided tape but due to heat and stress from the pull of the hose, it fell off. any idea what to use?

use 3M double sided tape also cannot??...

den drill a hole in ur dashboard and put a screw through it....

get a longer hose,
clean the area to be sticked properly
and use double sided tape
shouldnt be a problem

mine 3m double sided tape too..
always come out or lose...
everytime need to stick it back pretty frustrating too..
coz when the tape doesnt stick nicely...my meter will look ugly too haha

3M got 2 type one is black another one is grey. try use the grey one. very very sticky.

the most ideal way is to clean the small surface that u goona need to stick the meter holder with THINNER. don fret using thinner on the dashboard coz it wont discolour or damage the surface. allo u gonna need to do is visit the accesories shop that u frequented and using a small cloth, just dab a little and just scrub the area u needed and the meter holders base of any previuos glue residue, then u may use 3m or ciplak double sided tape from rm2 shop. that alone will do. reply here about the outcome.

emm.. basic step is to make the surface free from dust or oil. u may use double sided tape combine with few drops of silicone (aquarium silicone).
use rubber band/masking tape to temporary press/secure the gauge holder position. Let dry for at least 30 minutes.
mine use this method and the mounting still remain strong till now (5 years).:driver:
