How to improve radio signal for car?

bro,

whenever i try to listen radio... i never get a clear signal... any idea to solve it?...im using JVC KD-SV3000 before this use Sony 1 din HU also got same problem...

If 1 brand only maybe is the HU problem, but 2 brand also like this then is your antenna problem. But please check the connection between HU and antennacable connection, then the cable to antenna. Sometimes is just they disconnected. If still cannot then you have to change it already, hope this helps...

r u driving proton with the manual antenna that you can push back down manually? If so, push down the antenna and pull it up again. Last time prob with my wira was that lots of water had accumulated inside the antenna compartment, so reception was degraded. When i pushed down the antenna, water came out from the compartment. The radio worked better after that.

yea... im driving proton with manual antenna... i try first.. later i post the result... but i think my cable connection to the antenna got problem...

if u wanna check, use a multimeter to test. 1 point put to the antenna for HU and 1 point put on the antenna itself. In the multimeter, select the one for testing connection wan (dunno wat u call this, circuit tester perhaps?). If the value shows 0, then the connection is good.

if not get a new antenna la, with fresh wiring, cant go wrong. bosch has some real good ones..
