Headlamp problem

Dear all EVO master , I notice that E9 headlamp driver side, I found got water Inside the headlamp, it happen in night time when I on the light , may I know what cause this problem ? Maybe cause by the HID ? Or .z. Need help here !!

Usually its cause by water vapour that gets trapped inside. Just remove the headlight and lightbulb, and blow air into the headlamp. Leaving it inside a container with rice can also do the trick. Hope this helps.
