Asti Headlamps stuck, Please advice.

Hey guys,

Got another one for ya.... Yeasterday, Does anyone know why my astina 323FBG has one headlamp stuck on close.

The situation is this, When my lights are off, the headlamp on the right (the drivers side is up! but when the lights are on then the headlamp on the left (passenger side) one goes up like normal but the left one goes down!, and when i turn them off again it reverts to, left up but right down...Hmmm

Diagram:-

1) On lights off - The left light pops up but no light.

2) On Lights On - The left one goes down but lighted, while the right one is functioning like normal

Does anyone know whats happenning?

i think there is a loose connection on the left headlight. it sort of confusing the headlight controller. try this,

1. switch on headlight.when ur left headlight cover down, disconnect the left headlight motor connection. i think the rignt one should be up.

2. switch off the headlight. right headlight cover should be down too. disconnect battery. reconect left headlight motor connection. reconect battery.

3. try switching on.

location of this items? i dont know, i dont drive an astina.
