bribe runs under the concept of demand and supply...both needs the other to exist...if there is only demand,and no supply,demand will run out eventually...the same goes for bribe...if the people does not co-operate with the demand of the rotten apples,sooner or later they will die out...the easiest way is to not make them have a reason to stop u like talking on hp? or driving against red light..or anything stupid....and msian need to have the mentality of if ur doing something wrong,then u need to pay for it...not pay the officer of law to get out of it...thats third world mentality...its like this,if we ourself are being cheap by trying to bribe the police to get out of something,then we get something cheap in return,cheap police force...
