It's quite simple. If I am not sure whether it's fake or not, just go up and grab `em but do it gently. Then you'll be able to feel how thick their pads are, or how fleshy they are. hehe Of course, some of them are clearly visible whether their "big-ness" are genuine or not. Of course again, check their throats first before grabbing any tits. That is of utmost importance. hehe
