What model is the trd shock?

On the shock body itself, there is a model code for example: 48511-AE941

What is the model code? Because it seems that the strut casing itself has been cut before from the pic(cant see clearly), so it will be best to know the model code as to see if the shock can fit OEM strut or it needs to be modified. Thanks
