I never take out my engine head when doing the paint job...just sealed the other area with newspaper...but most skillful forummer took out their engine head the spray...i lazy lar :lol: ..scare oil leak next time... :ph34r:

I think i might know what might be the problem here.

For the bubble effect, you might not have clean the engine head properly. There might be some residual like engine oil which is not very visible to naked eyes.

The solution would be to wash and sand down with mild grid sand paper using luke warm soap water (if can get the industrial ones would be better), then wipe with thinner and let it dry (dries very fast..) before you spray, try wiping it with tissue/clean white cloth to see whether there is still any dirt. Then spray it in layers... if you would want the colour to stand out, spray it with silver/hi temp silver as a primary coat before applying your desired colour.

Mine turn out okay 2 years back but only recently the colour begin to crack coz i've only used the RM5 can spray for both the silver and red(no hi temp ones). But it still look good coz it seems to be airbrushed with fine silver lightning... hehehe
