ha! ha! original filter box cannot fit new piping. Anyway, if insulate the piping you will loose the shiny looks of your piping....

btw at night, almost half of the pipe is cold even after travelling 20km, the other half nearer to the engine is cold enough to hold onto it.

Why do we want to bother with CAIs and all? Try testing with a velocity stack instead. Those will probably have more use than a custom CAI.
