Iswara Air Intake and Filter

hye guys.. i need some opinion.

i need to know if i change my original filter and put sports air filter would it effect the performance of my car ..

if it does can u guys inform me where can i get the filter , the air intake
usually i've seen only SIMOTA Air Filter and the air intake is a plastic one not the metal one...

hope u zeroriand can help me about this...
