Carburetor Section

What is wrong with this PLUG ... When it took out from my car's engine ..
It looks like this .. If long time didn't take out .. It will got THICK carbon stick on the plug leg ...

Piston ring worn ?? valve seal worn ?? F**ck the machanic who did top overhaul ... It worse than before overhaul ..notice white smoke when engine is running.. Before overhaul is one story .. after the overhaul another story .. What no warranty for overhaul...

Could it be a fuel too rich ?? or too lean ??? please all sifu help ...

The picture below shown engine's cylinder head .. I want to ask all sifu .. If i remove the nuts and the shaft on the red box area .. without touch and remove the camshaft .. were it affects the valves open and close timing ?? Coz if it is valve seal worn .. I was thinking want buy the good valve seal and DIY ... Coz i know got a tool can open valve spring to change valve seal without remove the cylinder head.. I not going back to garage to find those con man anymore ... :angry:

lean is runing to much air...

the combustion chamber is not clean thus it builds up carbon lor....

better seek for beter advice

Air fuel mixture screw ??
My car is wira 1.3 converted to 1.5's block .. without RPM meter .. jiat lat .. no RPM meter for reference :P .. can i just listen to the engine idle ? when do tuning ??

Cool .. anywhere ... do you know the right site of carb if view from inside the car (like the picture below) .. the blue and red color screw .. what these screw's function? Foreman adjusted it before .. was thinking want to set it back to factory default setting ...

if yiou're tuning your idle w/o rpm..

listen to the sound and feels the vibration of the engine

Got oil around .. Should be "Oil Fouled" .. Last time when i drove back to penang on highway .. My car engine overheat before .. The tempeture needle almost reach red .. but I just slowly drive 80 KM/H all the way ... anywhere .. when reach hometown .. i immediate go to my hometown garage for checking .. found the radiator dirty and wash it .. after that changed the head gasket also ... The mechanic told me piston ring still can be used .. change gasket enough already .. OK lo.. since you told me like that .. but the problem start after this ... day after day .. ceng ceng ceng .. start eating oil ... bo chap .. used for almost 1 year.. situation getting worse ...

Last 6 months ... sent to JB's garage to do top overhaul .. that BTC foreman told me .. don't worry .. change piston ring and valve seal .. confirmed will solve your problem .. when he opened out cylinder head and pistons .. I went there to see .. I asked him .. Does the cylinder walls OK ?? need to bore ?? He told me .. No need ... no problem one .. If need to bore .. I will tell you .. Your cylinder walls OK .. He used his finger goto touch the cylinder walls .. See .. so smooth .. :unsure: Can we use our finger to feel the cylinder wall worn or not meh ??? 3 days kaw tiam .. I went to take car .. drive for one month .. notice the problem didn't solve at all ... The problem is still there ..

Now i believe It should be cylinder walls worn ... Not going to repair anymore .. Going to upgrade engine soon .. Will use this old junk until pecah ..
 
Hi all, currently my ride is 4G15P Carb... can i gain any HP by using this stock carb? how much HP i can gain if i use webber carb? hope you guys can help... thanks :P
