just looked back those old threads of our beloved carb thread... found few things which can serve as a question since no one answers clearly last time.. hehe..

1) ignition coil.... how to modified to fit local engine? given that the coil is imported ?
2) what vacuum points that are useless so that i can close it to maximize my vacuum??

Try Ah Kong. He owns LTS Auto in Sunway, Tel016-245-3242 for coil mod. Can use for EFI cars as well. Kong used to work for Amoil, he's getting more popular for mod and does some sub-con work for Links.

He did it for my Wira Carb few weeks ago.

I got a mod carb from Trial and found that burn wasn't clean. Since the coil mod, very nice. Power kicks in about 3k RPM. Save fuel too because power can be felt across RPM band. No need to press so much accelerator for normal driving.
