can u say the letter R ?
do u say rompak or ghompak ? roti or ghoti ? and so on

I notice some of my malay frens, when they want to say the no 6, they will pronounce it as sick. But when it comes to the no 60, they can pronounce it as siXty. I also pelik. Sometimes want to tegur but then nvm la hehe. And my maths lecturer who's a chinese guys, cannot say words that end with letter M. He will end it with N. For example, when he wants to say 'problem' , it'll become problen. ANd system become systen.

And chinese ppl (not all), why izzit they change the R to L ? Like when they say roti it become loti. Tarik become talik. Does it have to do with their tongue or they lack the BM language skill or watever u call it.

When I talk to those ahpek, I got to use ahpek language or they cant understand what I am saying.

p/s : have you try speak in chinese language or other language?not english la..you will see that some word are dificult to pronounce.same problem to them..

while some were born and spontaneously taught to pronounce it the incorrect way.

dun say speak english or other language, or cannot pronounce a certain letter. most chinese didn't speak proper mandrin too, most probably just lazy to speak properly because SOMEHOW its kinda hard compare to our broken language lolx.. but i found out that when speaking to a person who speak chinese well, seems like i'll automatically try to pronounce everyword correctly too.

but i also known some people who die also cannot pronounce some word correctly, not english, but chinese word. and my grandparents pronounce radio as "lalio" :D
