yup.. power sure jatuh one.. but who drag/dyno at 5th gear.. want power then drop back to 4th or 3rd gear.. anybody got spare this gear ratio from b8t 4wd gbox ? :( mine at 5th gear is rpm 3000 still 90 km/h laa.. rm10 can only get me 50-55km only in town driving :(

Hi sifus...

My B8 is using 626 ( i think..) g.box. Pickup sucks..kenot drag-drag. But on da highway, that`s different story. 3k rpm - 120km/h. Once tried pushing it to 220km/h and felt still can go.. if i remembered correctly, 6krpm = 219km/h. Something like that la...

huh..6K rpm oledy 220km/h...if u want pick up rojak ur gear ratio loh.. but always remember which u prefer, pickup or top speed...
if u like drag go for close ratio, if top speed longer ratio loh..

if you travel long distance with close ratio the fuel consumption will not much diffrent..can you let me know what is your fuel consumption ar? since u have longer ratio to my gearbox..just want to compare..

rm10 amount of fuel (long distance, no aircon, normal driving)
But that depends on da style of driving also. If l layan every
corner..shift down to 2nd or 3rd gear, of course fuel consumption
is much higher.

Donno la it's true or not..perharps sifus like tkk n laserman
can explain.

Here goes

1st gear - B6t (fwd)
2nd gear - b6t (fwd)
3rd gear - 1.8 Tx3 (dohc)
4th gear - 1.8 Tx3 (dohc)
5th gear - 626 (Diesel)

rm10 can go 160km :o woww! very very good fuel consumption man.. mine rm10 can go 75-80km max if hiway driving / no aircond / maintain 110-120km/h..
