i'm looking for some info on the 190e,

my intention is to buy a 2.0 and upgrade to 2.3 or 2.5 later.

1. whats d fuel consumption and maintenance for a 190e 2.0?
2. what is the potential for upgrades?
3. how difficult is it to get parts for upgrades?
4. what can be done to the brakes and suspension?
5. is it worthwhile to upgrade?
6. can it pass jpj inspection after modifcation?
