abnormal sound when start warm up engine

hello everybody,
i want to know why my engine sound like subaru everytime when start warm up..i used b8 turbo 180..
why my boost level not consistance...at 1st gear 0.4bar,2nd~5 gear at0.4~0.7 bar.. this problm occur when i install external wastegate custom made....
can or not to mix/adjust ratio mazda capella g/box ?(power or not) for tapau wira evo stndard...
