4G93 engine , need help

Need help ASAP ,
My engine timing will drop dramastically when slow down , when the time we want to brake and when want to take a turn . This problem causing the car to jerk when braking and some times the engine will shutdown by it self when the aircond is ON . When the engine is in idle mode it is not smooth .

I have already checked the timing and did some fine tuning . Still occours . Now i feel unsafe to drive my car as the engine intermintently shut down .

Is there any concern with the trottle body ????? Maybe new to service or what ? :frown:

I have no idea , of what to do . Pls help ,

could be ur throttle body.me having the same problem n solve it by adding xtra a/cond controller like kancil.u can try service it or do some grounding on the engine.if no deffrent just change to new one laa...

this is ur ISC motor give a problem already, just check the motor conductivity with ohmmeter, if ok, check ur TPS.

things . Where is this ISC motor located and whats is TPS ???

Maybe is you can explain , what is the function of ISC motor ,

im also experiencing the very same problem... hope someone can help me too!

anyway... G_ti bro, try not to leave your gear in neutral when you are moving... if mati engine also at least the gear is in place and will sort of 'jump start' the engine! This wont solve the problem but at least you still gain back control of the car.

Oh... another thing. Dont use your aircon for the moment until you have solved the problem. Like me... Sauna in the car. Kinda healthy! Just kidding. At least the weather nowdays is not scourging hot!

are u all using the siemen ECU? If yes then send the throttle body for some cleaning. And retunie the ECU. Hope this help.

try service it.read it sumwhere here in zth forum.it cost around rm80.if still didnt solve buy new one.
mine ok already...

last time i also go this kind of happen... check ur air cond compresser (starting KONG liao)... hope can give u a help. good luck.

Try adjusting the screw on the TB and give the engine more air. You'll have a higher idling speed but at lease it'll stop you from stalling. There are no servo repair kit for the 93T. If your ISC is Kong you have to get a new one. Used ones are does not last long too. Some members have tried installing a FICD and it works.

If lets say i need to change my TB ,,, is there any other alternative TB that will suit on 4G93 ???? Maybe any TB's from evo engines . Afterall if already plan to change , better change it to a power full 1 lo .......

Go for Mivec TB 60mm. Good and more torque.And match it with GSR intake manifold ,shorter length than original 93 intake manifold.But have to bore it. Seen some ppl using it.
