Dear all,
I having a problem with my Turbo engine. Any body can give me some ideal thanks. Below is some info:

Spec
Engine E15ET Turbo (Pulsar EXA model)
AR48 Turbine boost setting 0.6bar (standard AR M10 turbine 0.5bar).
Blitz bov
No intercooler
Down piping (already remove the net)
2 1/2 inch piping from front to rear.
No center and straight flow at the muffler.
Oil pressure around 3.7bar (advice from Tong Turbo)


Problem
Engine RPM keep on fluctuated (hi n low)between 500RPM~900RPM and some time will stabil at 500RPM for few second some time may engine die or no run (cause rpm too low) About situation is without on the a/c.


When press fuel padel harder, the exhuast will genduk once. Why?

I suspect the spark plug or the injector problem. Any ideal from your guys there? Please advise.
 
Not very familiar with your engine but I assume yours is EFI? On EFI engines, idling issues like this are normally caused by the ISC(idling control) screw on the throttle body. Sometimes, dirty throttle bodies are also the cause. If the effect is also with the aircond running, then you also need to check the FICD. In your case, I suggest checking & cleaning your throttle body.

dude, where did u bought the engine la?.....damn!!...been lookin' for it for ages!!..hahaa....since my sunny is "dying".....
 
new problem :mad: how come my car when i kick down the minyak the car will be blu blu blu........when i drive normaly dun have any happen come out.i oledi change my fuel regulator to big 1 still like this.got any sifu can help me in this case?
 
Not sure what blu blu blu means bro, but it sounds like there's not enough fuel being delivered when your are boosting, check the FR's setting perhaps?

what is FICD???can u explain to me the function and what's the effect of changing one???my mech. told me to change to toyota 1 can be adjust unlike mitsu n daihatsu...so tuning of piggyback/safc/watsoever will be more accurate when u switch on the aircond right???
