4agze toyota ecu -rev cut (ign or fuel?)

Please give me the correct information regrading do 4agze ecu cutting the rev limit by stoping the fuel or ignition ?
I plan for 2nd stage injectors firing but if it was fuel cut, it could be dangerous to lean up cos the rev will go on... any way it will be altenative way for removing the rev limiter ? hehehe

i wud luv to think it retards the ignition sir, dont remove it. extend it if u have the necessary mods, dont remove it

i was tot of letting 2nd stange injector firing with methanol activate by map.. if it was ignition cut, then should have no problem ..
