story:: i'm try to buy lancer GT frm one of their representive showroom in bang....r.(OTO PACIFICA) one day i'll come there n try to buy black colour. then meet one guy name sham..(been sack) represnt person mitsu. i agree to pay book aftr test drive. but not enouf money wen he ask for 3k cash (curious when evry body book only 1k). that nite i'll past 3k to him on trust basis n he said tmrrw will pass o/receipt. but until 3 day no receipt then try to cal showroom n ask about receipt n no one wan to entertain. so cal direct manager to ask for. wen get the manager n tel the tru...wat a shock that money not pass to management n no booking been made. then manager try to solve by "BUANG" tis guy n try to close the case..easyly said.then company try to do new arranggement for me the another problem come my 80% loan 20% DP canot lulus. if ur DP 10% not lulus can trus laaa....n one more mistake they made is manager ask to pay 20% cash all before get loan approve(onemore Curious) but tis time wit o/receipt. starting 22/1 until now no result of my loan n his manager kipin said that will refund money back until now.REMARK THAT PLS TAKE NOTICE THAT DON THINK A DONKEY FACE OWNER IS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS. WAT HAPPEN IF LEGAL ACT BEEN TAKEN TO DEM. one more case tis mornin wen im there that sales women there ask to owner to pay 90k before make booking n apply loan since that old2 man don now nothing about cars n their try to take advantage on him. refference on my booking 11668. if tey see wat im writin pls notice do the sincere job in oder to do long lasting bussiness.....thank CANSEL BOOK ALRDY............DAMNNNNN................... CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT

bro, u should always insist on official receipt when paying deposit. its best for u to lodge a police report n prevent other ppl from falling prey to this scumbag salesman...

Not only sales person should responsible but manager also have to monitor their worker do take only money but need sincere

The manager can't monitor his / her workers after working hours, so actually the manager can't do anything.

1. If the sales manager fire the guy and give you extra Rm3k discount, then ok. Else, you can report police and they have to provide the personnel details to the police and let the police to do the job.

2. everything related money on buying stuffs, sure need receipt. Else, there is a loop hole for people to use the money for own financial rolling purpose.

3. If you had loss money, you can report to Fomca and seek for assistant. Welcome to FOMCA's Homepage (most probably they will ask you to report police 1st then provide legal advice)

4. If your story is real, you can post the full name on forum. But you cannot ask people for not visiting the related company or etc. Normally people use some 'ask for help' technique to prevent legal thing. Example like my story bla bla bla, and what can I do to defend my rights. If you had made a police report or bring this case to court, you cannot discuss in a public. But if put something on a forum before you report police or bring the case to court, then you'll be ok as long as you stop posting after that.

no laa.. moderator just transfer my post back in correct colum/forum not double posting. if u thing tis is play around think that u loss 30k of cash n not sure can get back...how is it feels.. my niat is not to make them loss bussiness but must be in sincere n for legal act i don to worry coz my uncle in bkt aman can solv the case as he knwledge....n for name u can ask his manager david n guilty person is hisham n his missing right now.......

rewlie thank but tmrrw his mngr will give answer till 12noon if not he will refund...n hopefully wit no more trick. manager also said he will gv back the money in order 2 day frm tmrrw if cant settle it.btw my friend do in klang wit bad record statement can get 115k loan for tis car. imagine below 10% DP only to pay for his new car... tis is wat we call a champion/black magic...did it. nw my friend can sleep.. me like h_ll, i mimpi my money n car flying away

actually the simplest thing is to issue a cheque if there is no receipt prepared upfront when u meet outside.

if meeting inside the showroom, no reason for not issuing receipts

if system down, then swipe credit card

if not, wait till the next day then pay for it.

being a consumer, we have to be wise in handling money matters when we read & hear everyday about all kind of conmen, fraud etc etc...

no intention to flame ppl, but sometimes the excitement of owning a dream car might over ruled our clear mind and being duped. anyway what has already been done cant be undone...

hope u get yr money back, wish u all the best and if they could still honour the money paid, and register a new car once loan ok, enjoy yr new ride bro....cheerz

all transactions supposed to be done inside showroom, always insists on a reciept
on the delivery order will be stated that u have paid a certain amount & the balance payment after loan approval...etc....
but its ok bro.....there are alot of cases like this before....trust me, u will get your money back.

after u got your refund...u go there for another test drive....ask them got the evo x or not? if yes say u wanna buy that car & need to test drive....but want the manager to follow along.....while test drive, u bring him gymkhana along bangsar area like what ken block did.......then leave the car there & say bye2....

you need to file a police report and find any lawyer to issue a notice to them for demanding your money back.

the intention is to serve a notice to them so any lawyer will do. if later really wanna file a case then only choose your preferred lawyer.

a similar case happen to my dad. but resolved by lawyers.... there are dealers out there that are pure con artist.. just be more careful.. best is get a friend over there with you when you making the dealings... and make sure all black and white..
