hi...to all fellow thank to support me.. this eve i wen 2 bangsar showroom n meet it manager to solv d matter.. 1st manager promise will give all off DP now he said canot give all must deducted 3k due to 1st payment being made to salesman theirs no O/Receipt but i hav d ori VSO(vehicle sales oder) n stated 3k cash payment which they don hv coz missing alrdy...
tis henky penky make me sick n think to confront to fomca lawyer if i not get my money back...lastly he said wait for 2-days work to give me a check on 20k... police report been made this mornin........ just ask ur ppl advice will i get the 20k back coz if 3k loss no prob but if 20k.....damn ........unhapy....doug..........????????????FFFF

If I were U, I'll fight for every single cent that I've paid to them... It's the hard earned money... Mind if RM 3K or even 30 cent... Just imagine if they managed to cheat RM 3K/person, how much they are makin' by cheatin' other hard earned money... Fight for your right bro...

i quite confused why u paid another 20k when u realised the salesman ran away. you paid in cash or cheque to mitsubishi, don tell me u paid cash to the manager & without receipts! anyway, as i said, already done is done. now see how to salvage it.

1st - inform the manager that u gonna go to fomca, media, consumer, police station, mitsu/hicom HQ to lodge complaint and report.

2nd - if still no action taken from the said outlet, then only proceed wit lawyer and the necessary channel to escalate this matter

but when u fighting against them, chances is 50:50 coz u don have receipts to prove the payment, VSO scribbled with salesman writing is not strong enuf, coz its not official receipts. will be a long tiring battle.

my personal advice, since the rm3k is paid to the salesman, try contact the salesman and scare him off by telling that you will bring police to lock him up etc etc....and also will inform the whole industry bout his wrongdoing so he cant be in this line anymore etc etc....give him an option to pay you back and you will not take any action against him....then u can solve it peacefully and a lesson learned from now on in any cash dealings.....cheerz....good luck!

How about complaint to some kind of consumer associate, they can advise you and even provide u legal consultation if there is prove that is their salesman that cheat over you. They can even help you to bring this matter to court for short hearing between two parties in front of judge and case can be closed within 1 day.

evolutionz ::: ur advice ar tru now my 3k cant collect bck but im trying to collect it if in any chance. but ur 3rd solution abit wise that scared that fucker n try to get back the 3k...im done report since the day i been cheated for safety purpose... n d manager will give backk the money.... wait n see if evolutionz skill will work...dude... thank to all for SUPPORT
