ok..on the exractor side is the ekzoz side and the intake manifold is the intake side..

But adjustable cam pulleys does help abit in dohc engines by being lighter than stock ones.
Slightly better engine respond.

1 question... if you get some aftermarket cam and you tune it wif adj cam pulley....

does it need to be readjusted over time?
