white smooke?

white smoke can be caused by many things. (turbo, valvetrain, piston ring, PCV, etc)

It is not possible to pin point the source without actually seeing the engine.

yes u can, at least u can determine wether its the turbo or the engine. oil lost from the engine will indicates sumthin like compression loss, etc. and u can check the ic (for example) to check wether the oil in the compressor housing is farked, and u can even check wether the oil seal in the exhaust housing is farked by looking when the white smoke comes out the most ie only on idle, on boosting, etc. u just have to do it pateintly

the white smoke only can be seen during boosting at 0.5 bar.
factory setting is at 0.6 bar.

in gear two, alot of white smoke will be puffing out.
in higher gears, the smoke comes out but not so noticeble

That is the reason why I said the cause of smoking could be diagnosed by looking at the engine.

Oily gunk filled IC could be caused from PCV/oil gallery (possibly due to damaged valvetrain or cam seals)

Of course a worn compressor bearing seal could also be a reason for oily I/C.

yep, but his description isnt a good one. bro, i cant examine ur case based on gears, but on the revv. i assume by saying higher gear, u meant higher revv, or higher speed?

let me give you a situation.
i do gear change on 5000 rpm on every gear ok!boost will be at 0.5 bar on all gears.

when i am in gear one and two, alot of white smoke will come out!(big cloued which can be seen in the read view mirror)

when in gear 3, less smoke

gear four and five, not noticable in rear view mirror.

ihope this enlightens you on my situation

try take out the i/c hose and check any black oil or not, easy as 123 to see if ur turbo kong or not.

oh, i got the basic idea now. okie, i'll try to help u out but what iam gonna say isnt alwiz true ya. a lot of factor still needed to be considered for a perfect diagnosis
if dats the case, den i can confirm dat ur turbine's exhaust oil seal isnt farked, now just check the ic if its full of oil. if there isnt any or lil amount of oil in there, den ur valve seal mite be the ones farked up. check it patiently bro, and keep us posted k. peace
