Where to modify seat railings ???

Can anyone tell me where can I go to modify seat railings. I wanted to fit another seat in my car.

Preferably in PJ or USJ.

Hi kfze,
i modify my seat railing at cheras baru...
subaru impreza fit inside my TX3,cost me rm150..
very2 satisfy with him work,depend on u lar...
at kemuning got seat shop lot also can done it,cost around rm50..
but welding not cun...
