Since you just got it new (new in your hands), maybe have an overal fluid check, ie. replace with new engine oil, gearbox oil, diff oil and brake fluid 1st. Coz you don't know what the previous owner had done, or told you. While at the brakes, check the pads see if still in good shape. Just don't blow money immediately. Drive for awhile then decides later.
Tire pressure, depends on what size and width you are using. Usually there is a note on the tire-sidewall for recommended fill pressure ... I would go slightly lower than what stated for softer ride and our bumpy roads ...
