What average EVO water temp ?

Just want to know, what is the average water temp for Evo ?

Oil temp also, if anyone could share here.

Mine
Water temp : 80~95 c
Oil Temp : 80-90 c

should be 90 degrees anything above it will have cooling/water pump issues.

looks like a stopper. I've experienced it once, stopper leaks, temp rise to 105, lucky water temp gauge gave audible warning. stop aside.

this rubber stopper doesn't last long.
changed to silicon, and bought a few just for emergency case.

I wonder, why need this stopper ? What the function of this, as I see it only seal a useless hole from radiator?

hah thats a very good question. I also don't know whats the purpose actually. to drain water maybe? or to recirculate the water when doing engine flush or servicing?

The cooling system differs from country to country. Certain points are not used so they use a stopper to block those not in use. You will find another few even on the engine...

yes i agree with u. in fact the stopper that gave away on my previous ride was not on the radiator...it was on the engine, below the intake manifold, facing the firewall...quite hard to dismantle it.

Look out for those other tubes too. If the stopper rubber can harden and crack, those will also. The tube use to heat the inlet manifold auto choke, the U turn bypass tube and so on....
