Actual reading for gauges.

Need help from honda bros here..

If we install a gauges like water temp/oil pressure/oil temp/vacum/exhaust temp , how do we read them and how to make sure the engine is running ok (for Bseries engines)?

From the service manual it states that oil pressure at dile should be at least
75kpa and at least 375kpa at 3k rpm
