Want to sell car..dont know procedure..

Hola.. I need your help..

I'm at oversea. I have a car in malaysia. I need to sell the car. I already have buyer. But dunno where to start.

Pls advice me...how la to sell...what is the procedure??

I kenot go to Malaysia to do sign documents.

quite the predicament u have there sir..

one of the way i can think of is, get sumbody to arrange for the sell/buy activity, then dat peson can either scan/email the proper papers to you, and then u need to post it asap, so the buyer can happily sign the agreement of name changing. method of payment, can be arranged between u and dat buyer. just remember to come up with a solution dat protects both u and the buyer

i guess during JPJ transfer car ownership..both buyer and seller must be there right?
