How To Import A Car Solely for Track Use ?

Does anyone can give me advices regarding my questions, I intend to import a car from Japan solely for track use only which will not be driven on the street. I fully understand about the Import Duty / Excise Duty / Sales Tax. The question is how will this procedure goes, is a AP needed to import a track car? Hopefully i can have a solution .
