FIRST ROUND OF SDB 09 CANCELLED AFTER EVERYONE SHOWS UP...

another good example of Juara Kampung....

one has to ask... how does a circuit of international standard end up screwing up the timing system and having to end up canceling a race event knowing very well that they'll have a hundred odd competitors and thousands of spectators showing up...
everyone has to make the trek out to the circuit.. not to mention guys from Johor and other states that have spent sleepless nights preparing their cars and spending money on race fuel, dyno and towing just to be turned around...

i guess they couldn;t be bothered to test the timing system before hand.. just like they couldn;t be bothered to run the timing display.. just like they couldn;t be bothered to release time slips with all the essential details.. just like they couldn;t be bothered to run the races to an international standard...

sigh.. such a disappointment...
and people wonder why we can;t bring drag racing to a higher level...

sometimes people have their heads so far up their asses its just not funny

Actually...people (competitor & spect) expect more as we all call sepang drag racing at SEPANG INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT. So ashamed... money flow like shit to get ready but organizer take for granted. Think about it...this is a start to get to a higher std.

info from COC while drivers briefing last night,
they (SIC) will make sure all the equipments like christmas tree, timing, score board are well running with in good condition then SIC will call for Round 1 SDB 2009 ( replacement ).

( i guess :hmmmm: maybe it will be held on 11th April after F1 )

actually, it wasn't the weather factor bro...
rain already stopped at PM5:00 o'clock...

then at PM8:30 all drivers turned out to track for free running...

almost all the drivers were not satisfied of the SIC especially the timing system

pity to them, dah lah cannot see the game, go there for nothing...

I am working in Kuching..Normally i will go to sepang drag battle..rarely missed it..Luckily last saturday nite i have to work, cant escape..Just imagine if I already spent money to buy ticket go and back then suddenly the race got cancelled becoz of 'very pool management'..come on SIC..dont bikin malu lahh..my deepest symphaty goes to all racers involved..

p/s : Al Fatihah for my 2 beloved late friends..They were on their way back when the accident happened..:(..

brooo.. The 1st round 14/03/2009 was cancel & to be postpon...... coz got many problem with the starting christmas tree not function, timer not display on & last minit hujan turun pulak..

i think, we dont just need to improve the SIC christmast tree and the timer,
but what we need is the real DRAG STRIPS for us....
we already drag at the SDB for 5 years... quite enough experiance for us.
Kg.Gajah strip ok jugakk, if been develope, but jauh la pulakk... better Klang Valley...
i thinks, if we just talking in the forum, we cannot go anyware..
so, better we suggest the ideas through the persatuan2 that berdaftar with the goverment.
AVENTECH can take the challenge i think...

yup..this is all up to the minister la...what i mean power in hand is...my be some dragster out there or fans related or conected to the menteri2 or datuk2 which can apply fund for this kind
