Satria GTi suspensions questions

Guys, yesterday my dad changed my APM adjustable performance shock absorbers and springs to stock Kayaba Gas Absorbers.Now the car looks ugly because it's so freaking high and the clearance between fender and tyres is soooo big (FYI Im using 15" rims and really spoiled the look of the car)

My question is -

1.) Can I change the original spring to the APM spring which rate 250-40 in rear and 250-50 for front ?

Or

2.) Should I just sell it off and with the money I buy Eibach Prokit Performance springs ?

Btw here's my absorbers, U guys think how much it can be sold off ? Im using it since I bought the car few months back this year.The reason my father changed it was because it is super hard not that comfort when u go up to bump but cornering damn chun.

gti antirollbar is connected to lower arm or absorber ah?
cos our company's parts have been returned saying that the stabilizer bar (antirollbar) braket is misplaced..

Simple question here - can I use back the springs to lower my car ? If not I'll sell it dirt cheap ......
