i did my car around 6k la (half cut,wear & tear, installation fee)

half cut mean that those cars in japan that already used n they cut it into half
it mean that the car will become 2 parts which is the front cut n the rear cut
but normally we will buy the front part which contain the head lamp, fender, bonnet, bumper, dashboard and the engine

when we buy half cut we juz take out the engine n then install into our car

for the brand new engine,
u may need to go to ask those manufacture for more detail
