.or maybe the car is a mobile advertisment material...since MPPJ cannot put up anymore signboard in land....so MPPJ might resort to mobile advertisement tactic to earn their "income'....

the sticker design whereby names are alined there is from an Option issue where they've done a sticker make over for a ford focus.....dunno which issue already....
