i have the same problem as yours last time when i upgraded my turbine last time. no matter what you do the boost stucks at 1.1 bar and then only comes in around 4K rpm...when i checked properly...there are 2 things that might be the culprit.

jammed actuator. the actuator shaft jammed already. play around with the shaft ( dun sampai pancut la...) and see whether it is jammed wide open or closed. you can check by pumping in air from air gun straight into the actuator. if it moves like your guguciao when you see XXX rated movies then ok la...hahahaha :lol: if not means it's jammed.

exhaust housing cracked. this one ah...heheheh sorry la must buy new housing already. your actuator valve in the exhaust housing cant close properly means you are losing pressure. this one cant repair one...must change. most of VR-4 and evo turbines i see got some sort of cracks...i dunno why la dun ask me cos i only play 1.5 turbo kit using TD-04... :rolleyes:

the things left in my engine is the oil filter and used oil...hehehe :lol: eh...you all know my engine blow right last time? now running a new spec engine...something similar but with more MAGIC inside... :P

boost controller sold. running EVC now. only thing left in my garage is the HKS F-Con for EVO models. Dunno still working or not.

i'm looking for rear disc brakes for my car tough....finally! hahahha that day in a remote part of negeri sembilan, i almost landed into a ditch 50m below...
looking for fuel pump also. anything that can handle at least 550cc injectors welcomed.

aisey that job is per event basis la...they got events i got job la..

real job now with panasonic. besides brakes, got other stuffs wanna buy lah...car getting old and nervous...cant stand the new engine's hp.. :P

heard you car going to next month's drag? VR-4 with T51R and 200hp direct port N2O... :lol:

Maybe back housing cracked....

Upgrade ??? ... I got a TD04 twin fin with the back housing

carcass.. thanks for suggestion.. but my choice is the only td04hl 15g or above..16t 17t also can.. but have to td04hl 6cms housing.. or 7cm2 housing.. coz i more play within 180.. need a lot of responsive power... td05 too lag for me.. not vr4 block ler.. :P

if u got td04hl 15g .. can pm me ler.. but have to with reasonable price.. tong turbo offer me 1200 for fully recon one.. so u figure out how much i need to recon this turbine and match abit ut price ler.. if not i will only prefer tong turbo option.. i scare sial sial after few months i use then got prob.. need extra few hundred to repair.. then is no point choosing 2nd d oh.. :rolleyes:

wah dkoo how you blow with your mouth ? your mouth pressure can reach up to 8psi ah damn strong man . where can simply blow like that brother , the actuator won't move at all , thats why you have to use the airgun . :lol:
