Maybe you can print out the picture and bring it to Eneos. Then ask them to see if they have any contacts that would be able to help you out. If those local eneos worker don't seem to be too helpful, ask to speak to the jap manager. My experience with the jap manager, even though just once, has been good. :)
By the way, would you happen to have the website for those 2 products? would be good to have a quick read up. :)
