aluminum very expensive ooo.... we using the light mild steel to make the strut bar... very light and rigid...

not really la,
to weld aluminium, to hire a welder skilled enough to weld it properly, you've something in the RM350-450 region for a 4 points bar..

RM400 or so for an ALuminium Strut bar aint that bad.. the original ones from Eibach would be abt Rm1k...
