Paint-dull problem

hello sifus,
just get my car done after knocked, and it was repaired for 2 days in the workshop, ok, my problem, after I get my car, I found that the paint becomes dull and theres lots of black spot on my car, I'd try to wash it over n over again, wax it, but its still there, and the surface of my car's body become "kasar", may I know how to wash it?

cant. bekoz ketuk u already damaged the clear coat..

only thing is.. respray lo.. or temporary solution... polymer sealant lolz
