Hey guys.
Sorry I dont know where to post this so i just posted here.
My name is Jay.
I live in Toronto Canada.

Found your website adress on a picture of a car. So i decided to check it out.
I own a 2000 Honda Civic Type R that i imported from Japan into Canada.
I am the only Canadian to have this car in my country because you cannot import cars into canada unless they are older then 15 years.

Anyways Nice website you guys have here. Btw where is this website located anyways? is this in malaysia?

Is there civic type r's in malaysia?

By the way I am originally from Sri Lanka but i moved to canada.

Welcome.

There is actually an Introduction and Newbies section here. For posts like these.

Anyway, most of the guys here are from Malaysia, if that's what you meant to ask.

Personally I've seen a couple of EP3 CTRs around. Cracking little car. They are rarer compared to their EK counterparts for certain reasons.

k so umm you guys are fine with the english language in terms of slang?

i didnt know if you guys would understand me if i didnt talk in full sentences but since you seem to be perfect i might aswell too.
lol

so your saying there is alot of ek9 ctrs?
and is there a dealership in malaysia where you can order parts?
any malaysian honda website's you can refer me too?
or even any good places i can buy jdm parts from on the internet for really good prices?
thanks bro.

Personally, I'd prefer full sentences, but its allright and the rest, I'm sure, are fine with it too.

I'm not exactly an expert regarding EK9s or honda tuning for that matter. But I'm sure you'd find someone who is in the Honda section.

There's quite a number of EK9 lookalikes. Not sure if they are original EK9s or normal Civic hatchbacks modded into EK9s. The local Honda dealership doesn't bring in Type R Civics, sadly. So the local boys go to local tuners to get their stuff. Or to places where used cars from other countries are chopped up and sent here. Here you can get your B16s and B18s and other JDM parts or kits.

oh okay so its basically like canada then.
we dont get ctr's here. and we have them brought into the country thru local shops as parts like engines, half cuts etc etc....

ya SilverFish my english Teacher!

Malaysia got plenty of chop shop which is your halfcut shop.
plenty of converted EK4/EK9 too

anyway Welcom to this forum Jay!

welcome welcome... make urself at home here... most of us understand english... mayb there is some rojak... dont worry, u'll get to understand us sooner or later... hehe....

thanks for all the warm welcome guys.

i wish it were that easy. its illegal to import a car thats less than 15 years into the country no matter what. so what i did was import the car and then re-vin the entire car (serial number) with a canadian accident civic.
we have normal hatchback civic but we dont have type r so what i did was took the accident civic and took all the serial numbers off of it and then put it in the civic type r so when someone like police asks me i will just tell them its a canadian normal civic with modifications LOL.

;)

as for the car that i found your domain adress on was a ek4 sedan. it had the adress on the back of the window i will post pics of it soon.
