planning to trade in my old wira to a new car

my budget around 70k-80k

with this price ,what imported car,can i get?with save fuel comsumption?

and what are the interest rate now?for imported car?

depends on what type of car you prefer: 2 doors? 4 doors? performance car? saloon car?

with the budget, Altis or Camry would be nice to be your choice

mazda 2 sedan is around RM78k++, hatchback around RM80k++

yes.. mazda2 is within your price range...

other models you should consider would be:-

1. Suzuki swift 1.5 rm70k++
(sport version is out of your budget almost RM100k but better performance)

2.toyota vios starts from 70k and hv variety of spec from J,E,G,S
(Very Good fuel consumtion n rival to City n jazz models)

mazda2 got sedan and hatchback model, its new and within your budget.... if 100k above its should be mazda3

a brand new car... a Suzuki Swift 1.5A would be perfect for a family of 4. Price goes around RM73k... and about interest rates, its a bad time to buy cars now... minimum 3.5%...

Also do check out the Kia Forte... looks awsome.. the EX, priced at RM75,800 OTR, while the SX goes for RM81,800 for the 1.6 liter model... its Korean btw..

if you prefer a newer thing, go for Kia Forte as the 1.6 model is kinda cheap. Top up some cash to get 2.0 model.

I would suggest that u go for Vios since you want a 4 door car and also good Fuel Consumption. Toyota are well-known for their FC too. And price range is around 70K+ - 80K+

For better info, go to this link by paultan:
Mazda 2 launched: sedan and hatchback, RM80K to RM85K!

Hope this helps you decide. Suzuki Swift also not bad. From what I was told, the handling is pretty good. But as a daily/family car, a sedan is more like it. More space in the boot for luggage and stuffs. :top:

i kinda like the naza forte though...
its like a budjet BMW..hehe...
thinking of getting 1...
retire from turbo....headache....

i think it looks more similar to civic FD.. but design and built quality seems good...
