need info on engine conversion.

I own a proton tiara 1.1L. In my mind i think i would convert to an AX 1.4L GLi engine. But is there any engines that can fit the tiara and fits the JPJ & PUSPAKOM regulation?

AX 1.4L engine is hard to find... just plonk japs engine like 4E...
